Mr. O'Dea serves as the Chief Financial Officer of INphoton. Brian's previous experience includes development of his own commodities trading company and twelve years experience in commercial banking. Brian served as CFO of Designed Alloys, Inc, where he helped the company grow to three operating companies with locations in six states and grew annual revenues form $15 to $80 million dollars. While there Brian set up three new LLC's and a joint venture with faculty from Carnegie Mellon University.

Brian is currently CFO of Nephrology Associates of Northern Illinois, Inc and Nephrology Associated of Northern Indiana, Inc.
